Pomogranates, dates, banana and lime.

Blend the pomogranates until you have smotth liquid, blend it with 4 dates, one small banana and the juice of 2 limes.

You will get half a pint of a very sweet and thick smoothie.

Mark:9/10.

you might want to try this one when adding the juice of an orange or a grapefruit.
