Oranges, pineapple, pears and dates

Blend together the juice of two freshly squeezed oranges with a quarter of a very long pineapple with two peeled and cut pears, and a handful of dates to obtain over a pint of a very nice sweet and tasty smoothie. All fruits with the exception of the oranges can be tasted
